You will learn how to listen to your body and how to be integrated in Spirit/Body/Mind. You will learn the potential of the Breath and what it can teach us.

We will explore your Personal Mythology- the world as you came to know it to be, through your interpretation of personal history. We will examine the possibility of a new story in which you are the hero rather than the victim.
